Who we are
Polar Fox Labs ("we") operates polarfoxlabs.com. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, the date, the page you signed up from, your approximate country (from your IP address) and your browser type, stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We use it to send you launch news and lab notes. You can unsubscribe with one click on any email or by writing to [email protected] and we delete the record.
- Orders (once the shop opens): name, delivery address, phone number and order history, processed by Shopify and our delivery partners to fulfil your order. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us.
- Site analytics: aggregate, cookie-free page statistics from Cloudflare. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Legal bases and your rights
We process waitlist data on the basis of your consent and order data to perform a contract with you. Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to marketing. We answer within 30 days. Residents of the EU and UK have rights under GDPR; residents of Pakistan under the Personal Data Protection framework; residents of Saudi Arabia under the PDPL; residents of the UAE under Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021; residents of California under the CCPA. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service (Cloudflare, Shopify, email delivery, couriers) under contracts that restrict its use. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Waitlist records until you unsubscribe or 24 months after our last email to you, whichever is first. Order records as long as tax law requires.
